What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, school or organization, and the trip details you share. We also record the page you submitted from and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.

When you enter the student-trip drawing from the site pop-up, we collect your name, email, and school, and the page you were on.

How we use it

We use quote and contact details only to prepare your quote, respond to your message, and manage your trip if you book with us. We use drawing entries only to run the giveaway and contact the winner. Your details are stored in our customer database and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and form submissions. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set cookies; you can block them in your browser without affecting the site.

Spam protection

Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile does not track you across sites.
